My experience during my recent visit for a regular scheduled maintenance was very positive. The staff was very helpful and accommodating while waiting. The service was quick and I was back out much sooner than past experiences at other dealerships.

It was an Amazing experience! McGovern Chevy in Plymouth deserves 10 stars. Jeffrey provided the BEST customer care I have experienced in years. I called all other Chevy dealers in the area and was faced with opposition, excuses and senseless wait times. McGovern was able to take my truck in and diagnose it the same day and was fixed the next day. I am a business owner myself and customer service must be top notch in today's environment. Everyone at McGovern was honest, pleasant and respectful. From now on I will not be going anywhere else to service my truck. Thank you all for a job well-done!!
